Fantastic breakfast , heathy too I just add....

So, this morning I decided to eat healthy. Not that I don't but I must admit my breakfast is mostly carbs.

I had a pineapple smoothie with avocado salad, hmnnnn yummy right? This had me feeling good till about 1pm.
